How to do quantities? 

Single serve items – two per person 

Going to make sausage rolls-zeta 

Possible to make meringues just need to get a new whisk attachment for mixer (Zeta) 

Gloves to distribute food 

Sandwiches? 

We wont be catering to diets, however there will be vegetarian options for sandwiches. (We aren’t catering to gluten free, vegan etc) 

 

What to feed judges?  

Do we give them drinks and nibbles on the day of judging and then take them out for lunch on the awards night? (max and one other) 

 

Do we have to feed the judges for their other meals during their stay? (Eg breakfast and dinner) 

If so, we could maybe, ask Auction House about the possibility of doing breakfast there? Like a tab? And somewhere else for dinner? 

Or budget to give them food money.
