 Awards night 

Approx. $839.23-This is the approximate amount with zero sponsorship. We used a mix of prices from Countdown and Pak ‘n’ Save to get what would be approx., the max amount we would need. As we would be shopping at Pak ‘n’ Save, we are expecting a slightly smaller amount once everything is bought. 

Approx. $642.27- This is the approximate amount where the following items are bought at half price through sponsorship, (liquor, Lamingtons, Savories) these items are either drinks or premade boxes of food.  

Approx. $233.65- This is the approximate amount with full sponsorship on the items as laid out on our budget spreadsheet.  

$100 Pak ‘n’ Save on top of what we have in the budget account 

Judges 

We will get a menu from Auction House; Judges will then give us their orders. We go to Auction House and place orders to pick up at lunch time.
