an excellent example of uncanny valley is the pixar baby

they tried to make a realistic baby, and ended up with a horrific baby model that scars people for life. 

I really do not like the way they made this baby, it is grotesque and wrong. 

But compare it to Jack-Jack from The Incredibles, because it was stylized there is no tip toeing into the uncanny valley.
